超声刀开放性小切口甲状腺切除术效果观察

Effect observation of ultrasonic scalpel in open thyroid surgery with minimal incision

目的对超声刀开放性小切口甲状腺切除术效果进行观察分析。方法选取该院对210例甲状腺腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿患者实施甲状腺腺叶次全切手术,其中100例患者接受传统甲状腺手术设为对照组;110例患者接受超声刀甲状腺切除手术设为治疗组。对两组患者的切除腺体时间、手术总时间、术中出血量等指标进行对比分析。结果两组患者的术后引流量及肿瘤最大直径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是比较其它指标,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将超声刀在甲状腺开放手术中加以应用,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective Observed and analyzed the open harmonic scalpel small incision thyroidectomy effects.Methods Selected our hospital 210 cases of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter with implementation of thyroid gland subtotal surgery,and 100 cases took conventional thyroid surgery set for control group;110 patients underwent harmonic scalpel thyroidectomy set as treatment group.analyzed two groups gland removal time、total procedure time、blood loss and other indicators.Results The two groups patients with postoperative drainage volume and maximum tumor diameter had no significant difference(P>0.05),but compared to other indicators,treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applied to the ultrasonic scalpel in open thyroid surgery,is worth for clinical application and promotion.
