摘要
目的通过高校教师自我效能感与代谢性疾病相关因素的研究,探求引起代谢性疾病的心理因素,为提高教师的身心健康提供思路。方法将该校2011年普教体检中查出患有代谢性疾病的教工共362人进行《一般自我效能感量表》和《症状自评量表》的调查(分入实验组)。并与未患有代谢综合征的教职工744人(分入对照组)进行对比分析。结果实验组的自我效能感较低,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自我效能感、抑郁情绪与代谢综合征之间呈负相关。结论自我效能感较低的教师发生代谢性疾病者较多。
Objective To study relationship by the universities teacher self-efficacy and metabolic disease,Explore the cause of metabolic diseases and psychological factors,in order to improve the physical and mental health of teachers to provide train of thought.Methods 1147 teachers were investigated into experimental group and control group.According to GSES and SCL-90 to the obese.Results The experimental group of self-efficacy is low,compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P0.05).Self-efficacy,depressive mood and negative correlation between metabolic syndrome.Conclusion The teacher who is low of self efficacy,pressure lead to metabolic diseases.
