毛纺锡林金属针布齿面结构的探讨

An Approch of the Structure of metallic Wires for Wool Carding Cylinder

本文从理论上分析了毛纺锡林金属针布齿面结构与梳理效能的关系,并进行了系统的工艺试验,证实了齿面曲线及齿深是影响梳理效能的主要因素,发现它们对纤维进入齿隙的深度有关,而且认为减少这个深度有利于提高梳理效能。

The theoretical analysis is carried out about the dependence of the structure of metallic wires for wool carding cyclinder and the carding efficiency,and a series experiments have been taken.It is verified that the two important factors for imprving carding efficiency are the wire face curve and the depth of the wire,because they effect the depth of the fibres filling in the interval between the teeth.To decrease this depth is profitable to inprove the carding efficiency.
