摘要
本文研究利用计算机辅助制造(CAM)技术加工间歇分度凸轮。首先分析凸轮机构空间啮合原理 ,计算机辅助设计凸轮曲线、曲面和凸轮机构。然后用C语言编制数控前、后置处理软件CAM PRCO,完成凸轮曲线、曲面的数控自动编程 ,模拟加工刀具运动轨迹 。
Machining of the indexing cam with the technology of computer aided manufacturing is studied. The mesh theory of the cam mechanism, gives the designs of the cam curve, the camber and cam mechanism with a computer was analysed. With C language, software was exploited for porgramming CAMPRCO the pre_and post_process numerical control data, which completes the automatic NC programming of cam curve and the camber, and simulates the tool path in the machining, thus accomplishes the integration of the computer aided design and the computer aided manufacturing.
