中老年2型糖尿病患者合并抑郁症现状调查

Survey on Depressive Disorder among Type 2 Diabetics

目的了解中老年2型糖尿病患者合并抑郁症的患病情况。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对某社区境内的276例2型糖尿病患者及227名健康中老年人群进行心理健康状况评定并比较分析。结果糖尿病患者的抑郁症发生率为31%,明显高于对照组的14.5%(χ2=18.83,P<0.01)。结论中老年2型糖尿病患者抑郁症发病率显著高于正常人群。

Objective To describe the prevalence rate of depressive disorder among type 2 diabetics in aged 45 years and above.Methods A cross-sectional study consisted of 276 type2 diabetics and 227 normal population.Results The prevalence rate of depression among all the type2 diabetics was 31%,and significant higher than the 14.5% in the control group（χ2=18.83,P0.01）.Conclusion The prevalence rate of depressive disorder among type 2 diabetics is higher than normal population.
