摘要
目的运用团体辅导的方法帮助大学生提高元认知水平。方法采用元认知问卷对72名大学生进行测评及团体辅导。结果团体辅导前,实验组与控制组元认知水平无显著差异(t=0.31,P>0.05);团体辅导后,实验组元认知水平显著高于控制组元认知水平(t=3.28,P<0.05);团体辅导1月后追踪调查显示,实验组元认知水平依然显著高于控制组元认知水平(t=3.01,P<0.05)。结论团体辅导可以显著地提高大学生元认知水平。
Objectives To improve the undergraduate metacognition by group counseling.Methods A total of 72 undergraduate were selected and asked to complete metacognition questionnaire and group counseling.Results Before group counseling,there was no significant difference on the average score of metacognition between experimental members and common members(t=0.31,P0.05);After group counseling,the score of experimental members was significantly higher than that of the common members(t=3.28,P0.05);Tracing of one months after group counseling,the score of experimental members was significantly higher than that of the common members(t=3.01,P0.05).Conclusion Group counseling can effectively improve the Undergraduate metacognition.
