摘要
目的探讨大学生学习倦怠现状及其与人格特征之间的关系。方法采用大学生学习倦怠量表和大五人格简式量表对360名大学生进行调查。通过方差分析、相关分析及逐步回归分析得出数据结果。结果大学生学习倦怠在性别、年级上均有显著差异,人格因素中的神经质与情绪低落、行为不当呈显著正相关(r=0.350,0.108,P<0.05),与低成就感呈显著负相关(r=-0.162,P<0.05);外倾性与情绪低落因子呈显著负相关(r=-0.169,P<0.05),与低成就感呈显著正相关(r=0.389,P<0.05);开放性与情绪低落、低成就感成显著正相关(r=0.142,0.291,P<0.05);宜人性与情绪低落成显著正相关(r=0.319,P<0.05);严谨性与情绪低落成显著负相关(r=-0.115,P<0.05),与低成就感呈显著正相关(r=0.252,P<0.05)。结论人格各变量对学习倦怠有显著的预测效果。
Objective To investigate the relationship between learning burnout and the big five-factor personality of college students. Methods A total of 360 college students were investigated with Learning Burnout Scale of College Students and the Big Five-Factor of personality Scale. Results College students' learning burnout showed significant differences both sex and grade. The factor N of NEO-PI--R was significantly positively correlated with depression and improper behavior(r= 0. 350,0. 108 ;P〈 0. 05),and negatively correlated with low sense of achievement of learning burnout (r=-0. 162,P〈0. 05) ;The factor E of NEO-- PI--R was negatively correlated with depression(r=-0. 169,P〈0.05),and positively correlated with low sense of achievement of learning burnout (r= 0. 389 ,P〈0. 05) ;The factor O of NEO--PI--R was significantly positively correlated with depression and low sense of achievement of learning burnout (r = 0. 142,0. 291,P〈0.05);The factor A of NEO--PI--R was significantly posi- tively correlated with depression (r= 0. 319,P〈0.05) ;The [actor C of NEO--PI--R was significantly negatively correlated with depression (r =-0. 115, P〈 0. 05), and positively correlated with low sense of achievement of learning burnout (r = 0. 252, P 0.05). Conclusion The factors of NEO--PI--R are good predictors of learning burnout of college students.
