医学学生干部成就动机与自我和谐相关分析及影响因素探讨

Correlations Analysis between Medical Student Leaders' Achievement Motivation and Self-congruence and Their Influencing Factors

目的探讨医学生学生干部成就动机与自我和谐的相关性及影响因素,有针对性地为学生干部健康心理素质的培养提供理论依据。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)、成就动机量表(AMS)对122名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生成就动机与自我和谐多因子存在显著的相关,其中成就动机中追求成功(Ms)与自我和谐总分呈负相关(r=-0.300,P<0.01);回避失败(Mf)与自我和谐总分呈正相关(r=0.377,P<0.01);合成动机(Ma)与自我和谐总分呈负相关(r=-0.451,P<0.01)。结论医学生学生干部成就动机与自我和谐关系密切,对成就动机的合理调控有助于促进学生干部心理和谐度,从而促进其心理健康水平的提升。

Objective To explore the relationship between medical student leaders＇ achievement motivation and self-congruence and their influencing factors,for the aim of training of student leader＇s healthy psychological quality.Methods A total of 122 university students were surveyed through the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale（SCCS）as well as Achievement Motivation Scale（AMS）.Results There were significant correlations between students＇ achievement motivation and self-congruence.There was negative correlation between pursuit of success（Ms）and the total score of self-congruence（r =-0.300,P0.01）,Mf was positively correlated to the total score of self-congruence（r=0.377,P0.01）,synthesis motivation（Ma）was negatively correlated to self-congruence score（r =-0.451,P0.01）.Conclusion There is a significant correlation between medical student leaders＇ achievement motivation and self-congruence.The reasonable regulation of achievement motivation helps to promote student leaders＇ psychological harmony degree,and then promotes the ascension of psychological health level.
