摘要
目的编制《实现幸福感问卷》,探索实现幸福感结构。方法以南昌大学188名本科生为样本进行研究。结果通过探索性因素分析出目标投入、潜能开发、自我实现、自我发现4个实现幸福感维度,Cronbachα系数在0.705~0.875之间,实现幸福感各因子与综合幸福问卷各因子的相关显著,相关系数的绝对值在0.184~0.663之间(P<0.01)。学生实现幸福感呈现自我实现>自我发现>目标投入>开发潜能的特征。结论《实现幸福感问卷》符合心理测量标准,实现幸福感、主观幸福感、心理幸福感分别反映幸福感的不同层面,三者整合是未来新的方向。
Objective To develop Eudaimonic Well-Being Questionnaire,and explore its structure.Methods Investigated 188 undergraduates of Nanchang university.Results Extracted four dimensions(target investment,potential development,self-realization,self-ascertainment)of eudaimonic well-being through exploratory factor analysis among undergraduates.The Cronbach α coefficient of eudaimonic well-being questionnaire were between 0.705 and 0.875,eudaimonic well-being,subjective well-being and psychological well-being were significantly related,the correlation coefficient were between 0.184 and 0.663(P0.01).The eudaimonic well-being of undergraduates showed that self-realization was higher than self-ascertainment,target investment and potential development.Conclusion The reliability and validity of eudaimonic well-being questionnaire meet the psychological measurement standards.Eudaimonic well-being,subjective well-being and psychological well-being reflect the different levels of happiness,the integration of them is the new direction.
