摘要
采用有限元分析和试验验证的方法,研究了紧固件受载时,由于不同接头厚度,紧固件配合精度以及拧紧力矩的因素影响下,造成的紧固件弯曲应力对紧固件强度的影响。结果表明:不同的接头厚度,紧固件配合精度以及拧紧力矩造成的紧固件弯曲应力对紧固件强度影响较小,在对紧固件的强度校核中可不考虑紧固件的弯曲应力。
Finite element analysis and test verification methods were used to study the influence of the fastener bending stress on the fastener strength effect,under combinations of different joint thicknesses,fastener fitting accuracies and tightening moments.As shown by the results,joint thickness,fastener fitting accuracy and tightening moments have little influence on the fastener strength in the thick single-shear joint.so the fastener bending stress has not to be considered in the fastener strength analysis.
