实验区开放开发消防执法改革创新——浅谈客滚码头的消防安全及处置对策

Reform and Innovation of Law-enforcing of Fire-Control Agency in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone—Discussion of Strategy of Fire-Control of Passenger Terminal

本文主要描述了平潭综合试验区大开放大开发中消防监督执法出现的新现象、新问题。面对新形势、新挑战,以平潭港区澳前海峡客滚码头为代表,为确保客滚码头的消防安全,消防部门必须研究采取针对性处置对策,改革创新,群策群力,才能更有效推动平潭消防事业和海峡西岸经济区科学、和谐发展。

This thesis describes the new problems and phenomenon emerging during the law enforcement of Fire-control agency in the open-up and development of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone（PCEZ）.Taking the situation of Passenger Terminal o f Aoqian Strait of PCEZ as a typical example,this thesis discussed the strategy of fire-control agency,such as reform and innovation of policies and the integration the suggestion of the people with the plan,to boost the scientific and harmonious development of fire-control and Special Economic Zone of West coast of Taiwan Strait.
