摘要 以胡萝卜、枸杞为原料研制复合型保健饮料,并研究了饮料的生产工艺。通过对原料浸提条件及饮料配方的优选试验,得到饮料的最佳配方为:胡萝卜汁20%、枸杞汁10%、白砂糖5%、柠檬酸0.1%。该复合饮料口感优良,风味独特,营养丰富。 A compound health beverage was made from carrot and Chinese wolfberry,and the processing technology was studied.Optimization experiments were conducted on the extraction conditions for raw materials and the formula of the beverage to determine the optimal formula as follows:carrot juice 20 %,Chinese wolfberry juice 10%,sugar 5% and citric acid 0.1%.The beverage was featured by nice taste,unique flavor and rich nutrients.
