对苯二甲酸和乙二醇酯化反应产物质量定压热容的测定

摘要 通过差示扫描量热法 (DSC)测定了 3种酯化产物的质量定压热容 ,并拟合出所需温度范围内质量定压热容的表达式 .对 3种酯化产物的组成进行了分析 ,并由组成含量的不同说明了 3种酯化产物质量定压热容不同的原因 .把质量定压热容应用于热平衡计算 ,求得了连续酯化反应器的重要设计参数 :循环量和加热器中加热介质的进料量 . Three kinds of esterification products' mass heat capacities at constant pressure by differential scanning calorimetry were determined, and the expression of mass heat capacities at constant pressure in our needed temperature range was acquired. The constitution of three kinds esterification products were analyzed, the reason why mass heat capacities at constant pressure of the three kinds of esterification products were different was explained by the difference of their constituents. Applying the mass heat capacities at constant pressure to heat balance calculation, the recycle quantity of reaction mixture, an important design parameter of continuous esterification reactor, and the mass of heat medium were acquired. They are very important to the enlargement of esterification reactor.
