摘要
钽扁线是替代常规圆形钽丝做钽电容器阳极引线使用。项目通过采用不同丝径的钽丝A和B在相同工艺条件下加工成钽扁线产品,并对各项产品性能进行了对比,结果表明B钽丝加工出的钽扁线产品在尺寸精度、扭曲度、抗拉强度等方面的性能以及生产效率方面都优于A钽丝,大大改善了钽扁线的产品质量。
Tantalum flat line is an alternative to the regular circular tantalum wire to do the tantalum capacitor anode lead. Different wire diameter tantalum wire A and B in the same process conditions, processed into tantalum flat line products, and the product performance were compared, the results show that the B tantalum flat line product which manufactured by B tantalum wire is better than A tantalum wire in dimensional accuracy, tortuosity, Tensile strength and other aspects of performance, greatly improved the product quality of the tantalum flat line.
