摘要
目的探讨自身免疫调节法控制强直性脊柱炎病情发展的临床应用价值。方法分析中西结合治疗强制性脊柱炎的理论,采用中西医结合进行基础治疗,结合自身免疫调节法进行辅助治疗。分析患者病情进展的速度及病情的稳定状况,进行观察组与对照组比较。结果 20例患者的病情进展速度及生活治疗状况优于以往的单纯基础治疗。结论自身免疫调节法对强直性脊柱炎的治疗有一定的临床意义。
Objective To study the method for controlling their own immune regulation of ankylosing spondylitis illness develop- ment value of clinical application. Methods Chinese and western analysis with combined therapy of mandatory spondylitis theory, the foundation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, according to its own immune adjustment method adjuvant therapy. Analysis of speed and progress in patients with stable condition of illness, and the historical data were retrospectively compared. Results Twenty patients the illness progress of speed and life situation better than past simple treatment based treatment. Conclusion their own immune adjustment method for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis have certain clinical significance.
