For perimenopausal women, abnormal u- terine bleeding mostly resulted from endometrial dis- orders including dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endo- metrial polyp, endometritis, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer. This article summarized the salient literature on the etiology, pathology, diagnosis and management of these disorders or introduced some improvements.
