The function of ovarian was declined, lev- els of estrogen were lower, endometrium and vaginal mucosa become thinner during menopausal. These changes make these tissues easily cause different de- gree of vaginal bleeding under the condition of in- flammation. It mainly involves the vaginal, cervical, endometrial and tubal inflammation. This paper sum- marizes some common and rare reproductive system inflammatory diseases which can lead to vaginal bleeding.
