单纯外阴朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症1例报告及文献复习
摘要
朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症（langerhans cell histiocvtosis．LCH）是Langerhans细胞克隆性增殖引起的少见疾病，是骨髓树突状细胞分化异常的肿瘤。本病罕发，患者常为全身多器官受累，单发于女性生殖道而无其他部位受累的Langerhans细胞增生症更是少见。日前全世界仅报道25例，均为个案报道。本文将1例原发于女性外刚的LCH并复习文献报告如下。
