摘要
波纹巴非蛤雄性生殖腺 (精巢 )由树枝状分枝的生殖泡囊、生殖管和输精管构成 .生殖管反复分枝成生精小管和末端膨大的泡囊 .雄性生殖细胞发生经历精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞和精子等时期 ,精原细胞具有A型和B型两种类型 .对 113个雄性标本生殖腺进行观察 ,发现 10 4个雄性个体 ,9个雌雄同体个体 ,同时首次发现在波纹巴非蛤雌雄同体的同一滤泡中 ,雌、雄生殖细胞呈环形分层区域分布 .初步讨论了雌雄同体现象与性转换现象的关系 .
The histological structure of male gonad of Paphia(Paratapes)undulat a(Born)was studied. The results show that the male gonad consists of branched vas deferentia,genital duct, and genital capsule. The testis consists of great number of branched genital d ucts and capsules. The spermatogensis in P.(Paratapes)undulata(Born)incl udes fives stages: spermatogonium, primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, sper matid and spermatozoon.At the stage of spermatogonium,the spermatogonia morpholo gically show different types,that is type A and type B.The male gonad of 113 clams specimen were discovered and examined.Among them 104 clams are male,and 9 clams are hermaphroditism.The author observed one acina which produces female gametes as well as m ale gametes,two of them are in different areas in follicles.In addition,the rela tion between the hermaphrodite and sex reversal of Paphia (Paratapes) undulata (Born) are discussed.
