As the third wave of information industry, the development and application of Internet of Things technology create a new platform for the information exchange between human and things, things and things. With the study and application of Internet of Things in China deepening, the development of library has been affected greatly. This paper discusses the dual influences of Internet of Things, analyzes the advantage and challenges brought by IOT, and emphasizes the concept of relaying on technology and returnning to the service.
