Real time dynamic model of helical coils in HTR-10 steam generator

摘要 为满足 10 MW高温气冷反应堆 ( HTR-10 )半实物仿真系统实时仿真的需要 ,在已有 HTR-10螺旋管式直流蒸汽发生器复杂的具有分布参数和非线性动态数学模型的基础上 ,通过采用“预估分区变间距”与“动态网格划分”方法 ,对模型进行了实时求解。典型工况下的动态仿真研究分析表明 :模型实时求解的结果与原有模型相比较 ,动态结构相同 ,仅参数略有变化 ,动静态结果的精度能够满足要求 。 A steam generator model was developed for real time simulator of HTR 10 in a semi practical simulating system. The steam generator model was solved in real time by an “estimating sections and dynamic partitioning grids” method. The method is based on a dynamic mathematical model of the helical coils in the HTR 10 steam generator, which has distributed parameters and nonlinearity. The simulation and analysis of a typical situation indicate that the real time model has the same dynamic structure as the original model, with only small differences in the parameters. The precision of the dynamic and static results is satisfactory. Therefore, the real time dynamic model can be used to present real time simulations.
