摘要
用实验方法研究了 3 0 % TRPO(混合三烷基氧膦 ) -煤油 /硝酸体系在脉冲喷嘴板萃取柱中水相连续和有机相连续时的水力学特性。结果表明 ,水相连续时 ,液泛发展较快 ,液泛通量小 ,有机相连续时 ,液泛发展较慢 ,液泛通量大。两种情况下 ,水力学参数和液泛通量均能较好地用关联式进行关联或计算。随脉冲强度改变 ,特性速度的变化规律基本相同 ,且可用公式 V0 /( cm.s-1 ) =9.69exp[-0 .475 Af/( cm.s-1 ) ]进行关联 ,式中 V0 为液滴特性速度 ,A为脉冲振幅 ,f为脉冲频率。研究表明 ,有机相连续时 ,与其它结构参数的喷嘴板相比 。
The hydrodynamic characteristics of a pulsed nozzle plate extraction column was studied experamentally using 30%TRPO (trialkyl phosphine oxide) kerosene / nitric acid solution with the aqueous phase as the dispersed phase and the organic phase as the continuous phase. The system floods easily at low capacity when the aqueous phase is the continuous phase. The flooding develops slowly and the flooding capacity is high with the aqueous phase as the dispersed phase. For both cases, the empirical formulas can relate the hydrodynamic parameters to the flooding capacity. The characteristic velocities in both cases were related to the pulsation intensity as: V 0/ (cm·s -1 )= 9.69 exp[-0.475 Af / (cm·s -1 )] , where V 0 is characteristic velocitiy, A is pulsation amplitude (cm) and f is pulsation frequency (Hz). The results indicate that the pulsed extraction column provides high operating capacity and stability using a standard nozzle plate rather than other cartridge geometry nozzle plates.
