素质教育强调要全面提高受教育者各个方面的素质,并注重受教育者的思想道德品质、身心健康和创新能力培养等,是与应试教育相对应新时期主流教育方式。作为在技工学校从事物理教学、物理试验室管理和班主任工作方面的教师,更应该践行素质教育理念,在日常工作中不断提升学生综合素质,也为做好本职工作积累丰富的经验。
