结合人才需求谈高等工程教育改革

工程教育在我国高等教育中占有十分重要的位置,高校工程教育的目标是培养适应工程需要的高级工程技术人才,多年来培养的大批工程技术人才为我国的经济建设做出了巨大贡献。针对我国高等工程教育人才培养质量不高这一现状结合江苏技术师范学院的工程教育模式提出了改革的几点建议。

Engineering education is an important part of higher education of our country. It provides tremendous talents to the industry and has made a significant contribution to economic growth of our country. But the talents can＇t meet the society＇s need. So some suggestions on education reform are presented based on the status of talent development of Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology.
