摘要
通过对汽车前照灯检测仪光轴自动跟踪过程的研究 ,提出了利用模糊控制技术控制前照灯检测仪光轴自动跟踪过程 ,从而加快了汽车前照灯检测仪检测速度 ,提高了汽车前照灯检测仪测量准确性 ,消除了汽车前照灯检测仪光轴自动跟踪过程可能产生的振荡 ,使前照灯检测仪光轴自动跟踪过程更加迅速准确 .
By studying the automatic following optical axis in the automobile headlight tester, this paper presents a method which may control the process of the automatic following optical axis in the automobile headlight tester by means of fuzzy control. The experiment shows that not only the speed of testing but also the accuracy of the measurement results have been greatly improved in the automobile headlight tester. This control method clears up the oscillation which may occur in the automatic following process, thus making the automatic following process faster and more accurate.
