摘要
采用高温溶液缓慢降温旋转籽晶法生长出一系列双掺KTP型晶体,研究了晶体生长习性,测定了所有晶体的晶胞参数、粉末倍频效应和晶体中掺质离子的浓度.测试了晶体的Raman光谱、激发光谱、发射光谱和 350~800 nm之间的光透过曲线.研究了双掺 KTP型系列晶体的荧光性质.探索了新型激光自信频晶体存在的可能性.
A series of double doped KTP type crystals have grown from high temperature solutions by slow cooling method with rotating seed. The lattice parameters, powder frequency-doubling effects and dopant concentration in the crystal were determined. Raman, exciton, emission and ultra-visible transmisson spectra of the crystals were measured also. The luminescence Properties of the crystal and the presence possibility of new type laser self double frequency crystals were discussed.
