摘要
根据波动光学的原理及腔外透射型衍射体对光波动场的波前进行变换调制的理论,设计了一种组合式腔外激光束整形系统.对系统的每一透射式元件进行透射函数分布设计并组成一个系统,使激光束通过该系统后,对光波场波前实现调制和整形.
in the light of the principle of wave optics and the theory of optical wave front transformation and modulation from transmission diffraction bodies a combinatotial laser beam renovating system outside laser cavity is designed. The system is composed of transmisson elements, each one is designed according to the distribution of transmisson rate function. After the laser beam from the laser goes through the system, the optical wave front is modulated and renovated.
