2012年8月21日，中联重科与印度ELECTROMECH公司合资建厂协议在长沙正式签署。据悉，该工厂为中联重科第一个海外直接投资建厂的项目，其主营业务为塔式起重机。
On August 21st in 2012,Zoomlion and India Electromech Company formally signed the agreement in Changsha for jointly plant construction.It is reported that the plant is the first project for Zoomlion directly invested and constructed,of which the main business is tower crane.It is the second oversea base of Zoomlion following acquisition of Italia CIFA in 2008,and also the rst oversea base of its tower crane business.Zoomlion is undertaking the resource integration and optimal allocation in global range and establishing the complete industry chain based on market orientation and feature of 'localization'.
