Isolation and Identification of a Bacillus licheniformis with Protease Activity

[目的]对产蛋白酶的地衣芽孢杆菌进行分离与鉴定。[方法]从饲料样品中筛选出产蛋白酶的菌株,对其进行形态和生理生化特征鉴定,并构建该菌株的16S rDNA系统发育树。[结果]分离到的菌株GW201205与地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)的生理生化特征相同,且其16S rDNA序列与B.licheniformis相似性最高。[结论]可将试验分离到的菌株GW201205初步鉴定为B.licheniformis。

[Objective] To isolate and identify a Bacillus licheniformis with protease activity.[Method] A strain with protease activity was isolated from the feed samples,and then its morphological and biochemical characteristics were identified,a 16S rDNA phylogenetic tree of this strain was constructed.[Result] The isolated strain GW201205 showed similar biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA to Bacillus licheniformis.[Conclusion] The isolated strain GW201205 is preliminarily identified to be Bacillus licheniformis.
