摘要
[目的]研究攀枝花地区东当归的丰产栽培技术。[方法]采用单因素的试验设计,开展不同种植密度试验、不同追肥量试验、不同遮阴效果试验和修剪拔薹试验对攀枝花地区东当归的丰产栽培技术进行研究,优选最佳栽培条件。[结果]试验的方差分析表明,东当归的最佳栽培条件为:采用种植密度为20 cm×20 cm、追肥量为尿素15 g/株和菌肥60 g/株,不采用遮阴措施,发现植株抽薹采用及时修剪。[结论]试验优选了东当归的丰产栽培技术,为东当归的进一步研究提供了依据。
[Objective] To study the high yield cultivation technology of Angelica acutiloba in Panzhihua.[Method] Based on single factor test,the high yield cultivation technology of A.acutiloba was studied by carrying out different planting density experiment,different fertilization amount experiment,different shading effects experiment and pruning and bolting experiment,and the best cultivation technology was optimized.[Result] As indicated by variance analysis,the best cultivation conditions of Angelica acutiloba were 20 cm × 20 cm of planting density,15 g/plant urea amount,60 g/strains bacterial fertilizer without shading and with in-time pruning.[Conclusion] The study optimized the high yield cultivation technique of Angelica acutiloba and provided references for its further study.
