摘要
借鉴美国最大日负荷总量(Total Maximum Daily Load,简称TMDL)水质管理理念,结合研究区域实际情况,提出了最大月负荷总量(Total Maximum Monthly Load,简称TMML)水质管理理念;构架了污染负荷三层分配体系,针对不同层建立了相应的评价指标体系;运用综合权重法分配从不同类型污染源到逐个污染源(或逐片区污染源)的月最大污染物允许排放负荷,最终实现了方法在控制单元的实例应用。
Based on American Total Maximum Daily Load(TMDL) water quality management method,the Total Maximum Monthly Load(TMML) water quality management method was put forward according to the actual situation of the research area,then a three tiers system was constructed,a certain evaluation index system was established.The synthetic weighted method was adopted to allocate the total maximum monthly load of each pollution sources,and at last the empirical study of method in the control unit was studied.
