分析了铁路车站信号设备管理的现状 ,阐述了在铁路行业引入地理信息系统 (GIS)的必要性和可行性 .在研究了信号设备特点的基础上 ,采用面向对象的分析方法 ,提出了基于GIS的信号设备管理系统 ,给出了系统的基本结构。
