An Analysis on Tourist's Structure and Their Behavior in Xishan Island

西山岛游客主要源于周边地区 ,具明显的季节性和空间分布规律。调查显示 ,西山旅游资源丰富 ,但旅游服务等满意率较低。今后西山岛应加强促销 ,强化政府调控力度 ,保护自然环境 ;同时 ,提高产品与旅游服务的质量 ;发展农业旅游、生态旅游、观光度假旅游等 ,满足旅游者的需求。

Most Tourists in Xishan Island come from regions nearby, and the tourism there is characteristic of season and spatial distribution. Researches show that the island is abundaut in tourism resources, but tourism services and products cannot meet with the needs of tourists. The authors think that it is necessary to enhance the marketing and controlling of tourism market by local government; simultaneously the quality of goods and services should be improves. Based on the advantages of tourism resources in Xishan island and the tendency of tourist's desire, we also suggest that agricultural tourism, ecological tourism, recreational tourism and their products be developed so as to attract tourists and to meet their needs.
