摘要
以上海站旅客抽样调查为研究对象 ,着重从旅客年龄群体、所处社会阶层以及外界变数对旅客需求之影响等方面进行讨论 ,并阐述构成不同旅客阶层消费差异的原因 ,为探讨铁路车站旅游开发提供必要参考 ,以期提高铁路行业在客运市场中的竞争力。
Taking as an example the sampling investigation on travellers in Shanghai Railway Station, the authors not only discussed mainly influence on the passengers demands from some aspects such as the age, social stratum and outside variable of the tourists, but also expounded the causes of consumption difference of the different stratums of passengers, so as to provide the essentinal reference for developing tourism in a railway station.
