摘要
研究0℃贮藏‘嘎啦’苹果温度回升到室温(25℃)条件下果实电参数的影响,测定并分析复阻抗等4个电参数随果实温度升高过程的变化。结果表明:在所测试的24个频率下,在0~25℃内,Z、Ls和Rs值的变化趋势相同,都随温度的升高而减小。而Cs值变化与之相反。果实升温到25℃与起始0℃相比,Z和Rs下降显著(P<0.05),而Cs有显著上升(P<0.05)。
The effect of temperature rise (up to 25 ℃) on electric parameters of Gala apples stored at 0 ℃ was investigated by determining the changes of four eleclric parameters including complex impedance (Z), equivalent serial inductance (Ls), equivalent serial capacitance (Cs) and equivalent serial resistance (Rs) with increasing temperature. At 24 frequency levels tested, Z and Rs showed the same changing trend: a decrease with the increase in temperature from 0 to 25 ℃, while Cs changed in an opposite manner. Z and Rs were significantly lower at 25 ℃ than 0 ℃ (P 〈 0.05), while a significant rise in Cs was found (P 〈 0.05).
