摘要
在通用的斜面传代保藏法的基础上,研究了增加培养基的装量,在培养基中加入缓冲剂和把棉塞换为无菌胶塞对菌种保藏的影响,结果表明,这三种措施都可以使保藏的菌种在较长的时间内保持原有的优良特征和活性,延长了斜面传代法保藏菌种的保藏时间,减少了移植传代的次数 .
: Three improved methods of strains' preservation were studied based on lonventional slant subculturing preservation( 1) given additional medium,( 2) using special buffer,( 3) using sterile sebific tap rather than cotton tap.The results show that all of the three methods have some effects in keeping original excellent characteristics and living activities, prolonging the span of strains' preservation,decreasing the times of transplant subculturing for a long period of time.
