摘要
利用脱落酸(ABA)、马来酰肼(MH)和烯效唑等生长调节物质处理经过温光诱导当年抽薹的甜菜幼苗,筛选对当年抽薹逆转有效的生长物质种类和剂量。结果表明,ABA和MH能够有效逆转甜菜抽薹,与温光诱导抽薹的植株相比,显著提高了块根产量和产糖量,达到了抑制抽薹、且较小幅度地降低产量和保持品质的目的,ABA和MH处理的最佳浓度分别为20mg/L和350mg/L。
The experiment were carried out in pot and artificial climate incubator. The sugar beet seedings induced by temperature and light were treated with growth substances such as abscisic acid (ABA), maleic hydrazide (MH) and uniconazole to select out the plant growth substances which made the bolting reverse and doses. The results showed ABA and MH could cause the bolting reverse in sugar beet, restrained bolting, significantly increased the root yield and quality, slightly decreased the yield and maintained characters compared with those bolting plants in- duced by temperature and light. The optimum treating concentrations of ABA and MH were 20mg/L and 350mg/L, respectively.
