城乡一体现代商贸流通服务体系探讨——以浙江省为例

The Research of Urban-Rural Integrated Modern Commerce Circulation Service System

建立城乡一体现代商贸流通服务体系是统筹城乡发展的重要内容。东部沿海经济发达省份浙江,近几年农村流通业得到快速发展,但城乡商贸发展不平衡问题依然存在。总体来看,目前浙江发展农村现代流通业存在许多有利因素,建立城乡一体现代商贸流通服务体系已经具备条件。要以政策引导为手段,加快城市商贸流通资源向农村流动;以推广农村连锁经营为手段,促进城乡商贸流通一体化发展;以建设农产品信息服务平台为手段,促进城乡商贸服务协调发展。

At present, the development of rural circulation industry in Zhejiang lagged behind the development of urban circulation industry and the problem of the imbalanced development between urban and rural commerce circulation is highlighted. But there are some favorable ＂factors for the development of rural modem circulation industry, and the condition for the construction of urban-rural integrated modem commerce circulation service system has already been created. So, we should, first, accelerate the flow of urban commerce circulation resource to rural areas with the help of policy guidance; second, we should promote the development of urban-rural commerce circulation integration with the help of chain operation; and third, we should promote the coordinated development of urban-rural commerce service with the help of agricultural products information service platform.
