胸内间皮瘤30例报告

Mesothelioma.A Report of 30 Cases

本文报告经病理证实的29例胸膜间皮瘤和1例心包间皮瘤。其中局限型16例,弥漫型14例。组织学上良性2例,恶性28例。有石棉接触史者1例。30例中,失访5例,死亡17例,仅生存8例。其生存期手术组平均27.1个月,化疗组为10.6个月,未治疗组为9.2个月。生存病例中,3例病情恶化,3例术后1年局部复发,预后不良;仅2例术后已健在23个月和51个月。

Thirty cases of mesothelioma, 29 pleural and 1 pericardial, are reported. There are 19 males and 11 females, 2 benign and 28 malignant. Sixteen cases are localized and 14 diffuse. One patient had history of asbestos exposure. The average survival period from surgery was 27.1 months in the operated group, 10.6 months in the chemotherapy group, and 9.2 months in untreated cases. Of the 8 patients who are still alive, 3 show progressing disease, 3 local recurrence, 2 living and well 23 months and 51 months after operation.
