中国钢铁行业亟待转型破局

On the Urgent Necessity of Transformation for China's Steel Industry

"十二五"期间是中国经济转变发展方式的关键时期,我国钢铁行业开始呈现投资继续增长、表观消费增速趋缓、行业盈利水平减弱等迹象,2012年以来开始陷入全行业亏损。"粗钢产量高、需求增速低、冶炼成本高、钢材价格低、行业效益低"的行业状况,说明行业格局及产品结构性问题严重,必须促进市场化的行业整合,加快产品结构调整。钢铁行业转型需重视特钢,重视环保指标,提高企业集中度,重视兼并重组的经济效率。

The 12th Five-Year Plan is a pivotal period for the transformation of China economy development. During this period, Chinese domestic steel industry presents indications like the continuing growth of investment, slow down of the apparent consumption increase, and decrease of the industry profitability. The industry has sunk into great deficit since the beginning of 2012. High production, weak demand, high cost, low price and Low profit are the reflection of industry situation and structural problems, which also accelerate market-oriented industry consolidation and adjustment of product structure. The most important issue is the outbreak of the deep-rooted structural imbalance, such as the ＂dual system ＂of the industry, which will also facilitate the further improvement of the non-fully market-oriented system.
