河南产业投资结构问题及优化方向

On Structural Problems and Orientation for Optimization of Henan Industrial Investments

河南产业投资结构、产业结构优化已有一定基础,但三次产业投资结构仍然存在诸多不合理因素。本文从河南产业投资总体结构和内部结构状况的实证分析出发,指出应适当提升第一产业投资比重,促进农牧业协调发展;逐步降低第二产业投资比重,积极调整工业内部投资结构;加大第三产业投资力度,合理配置产业内部投资资源。

As the agricultural province, the largest population province and the economic province of the Central China, in Henan province the trend of industrial investment structure and industry structure optimization become increasingly significant with in recent years the agricultural modernization, the industrialization, the urbanization and the economic zone construction to be further promoted. By the influence of the investment structure, the industrial structure optimization, the economic structure such as the distribution structure, the exchange structure, the consumption structure, the technical structure and the labor structure is also more rationally. But it is worth mentioning that three industrial investment structure still exists many unreasonable factors restricting the development of industrial structure and the economic structure＇ s further optimization ,and that the contradiction between the industrial investment structure and the present situation of the economic development is still outstanding. This paper makes the empirical analysis from the overall industrial investment structure and internal structure of Henan province, so as to explore the present existing key problems and provide corresponding optimization direction and countermeasures.
