摘要
当前美欧中小规模金融地震频发是不容忽视的反常现象,可能是金融大地震爆发的先兆,从美欧救市资金规模远超两次世界大战军费却无济于事,美欧金融动荡未能趋于缓和反而加剧就能清楚看出这一点。中国金融改革需要借鉴国际上成功的改革和创新的经验,但是有必要区别美欧在社会改良时期的成功经验与金融自由化时期的失败教训,充分重视和防控各种金融风险。
The viewpoint of accelerating China＇ s financial reform and openning up of China＇ s capital account at the present proper time pose a risky policy suggestion misguided by the lies of economic recovery in US. The freqquent economic turmoils in US is not normal situation, but dangerous omen of a coming major destructive financial crisis, whch should considered in our policy formulation.
