摘要
从食品厂污水处理系统的厌氧淤泥中,经过分离筛选获得一株高产微生物絮凝剂的兼性厌氧菌株XL-130。通过紫外吸收、红外扫描及化学检测等方法对菌株XL-130产物组成分析结果表明,该菌株产生的絮凝剂是一种多糖类化合物。
A facultative anaerobic strain, which produced microbial flocculant, was isolated from anaerobic sludge of sewage treatment system. The compositions of the flocculant produced by XL-130 were analyzed by the methods of Ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum and chemical analysis. The result confirmed that this ftocculant was a kind of polysaccharide compound.
