摘要
为解决激光三维成像地形匹配雷达中以往采用的进口光学扫描器体积过大无法满足弹上应用的问题,论述了一种基于美国TI公司TMS320F2812数字控制处理器的小型光学扫描控制系统的设计和实现,该系统采用直流力矩电机直接驱动光学镜片的方式,其结构设计避免了使用减速器带来的误差,同时体积大幅减小;运用优化的PID控制策略实现高速高精度光学扫描控制系统。详细介绍了光学扫描控制系统的硬件结构及闭环软件控制算法,实验结果表明,扫描系统的精度满足使用要求,环境适应性好,适用于各种扫描成像类的光电产品。
In order to evaluate the applying problem on the missile because of the exorbitant volume.Design and realization of the small control system of the optical scanner based on TMS320F2812 of TI was introduced.In this high speed and high precision system,the DC torque motor drived the lens directly,the error of retarders can be avoided and the volume can be reduced greatly;The control policy of reformative PID was applied to realize quick control.The hardware structure and software of closed loops of the optical scanner were analyzed in detail.The high precision and adaptability of environment were proved by experiment results,and the optical scanner can be applied widely in photoelectric systems of scanning imaging.
