摘要
根据LED光源的发光特性,设计了一种由椭球反射器、挡板和自由曲面透镜所组成的投射式LED近光灯系统。基于非成像光学理论,建立了LED光源经椭球反射器后的出射光线角度与照明平面上坐标的对应关系,结合折反射定律计算透镜自由曲面上的点坐标,通过建模软件将坐标点拟合成曲面实体而得到自由曲面透镜模型。采用蒙特卡洛光线追迹法进行仿真,结果表明:其配光结果完全满足GB4599-2007标准,而且体积小,视野广阔,边缘区域光能也较高,光线利用率达到95.92%。
According to the features of LED light source,a projector low-beam system,which consisted of the ellipsoidal reflector,baffle and freeform lens,was presented.Based on non-imaging optics theory,the correspondence between the angle of the light reflected by the ellipsoidal reflector and the coordinates of point in the target plane was established.The freeform lens point coordinates calculated according to the correspondence of reflection and refraction laws was fitted to surface entity by mechanical modeling software,and was imported into optical software to be simulated by Monte Carlo ray tracing method.The results show that light distribution of lens fully satisfied GB4599-2007 standards,and the system has a small size,broad vision,high light of edge regions,and the efficiency of incident rays is 95.92%.
