摘要
以“统一模型”为理论基础,利用高速摄影机,对掺与不掺 Ca++之高氨酸铵(AP)晶体在带透明窗燃速仪中的爆燃进行了观测、分析,并初步讨论了Ca++的掺入对AP凝相反应的作用机理.研究表明,Ca++的掺入使AP晶体在固体火箭发动机经常工作的压强范围内压强指数降低,并在某一压强区段(实验中为7~8.5MPa)压强指数出现负值,这为进一步完善“统一模型”提供了依据,为负压强指数推进剂的研制和进一步降低硝胺/AP复合推进剂的压强指数提供了新的途径.
On the basis of the 'United Model', the deflagration rate of Ammonium Perchlorate(AP) doped with Ca+ + in a windowed bomb is investigated in this paper. The deflagration mechanism of pure AP and the effect of dopant Ca+ + on AP condensed - phase reactions are also discussed. This paper indicates that the doping of Ca+ + can make the pressure exponant decline in the pressure preseeure of solid solid rocket, and even the negative pressure exponant appears in some pressure range(7-8.5MPa). The study of this paper can not only supply new evidence for consummating the 'UM', but also give a new method for developing the negative burning rate pressure exponant propellant.
