摘要
在原子活性自由基聚合中,丙烯酸甲酯(MA)可用普通引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)通过一种新的方法能成功聚合.此反应首先在65℃的温度中持续10hr,然后在100℃中聚合.笔者应用同一引发体系但使用AIBN和CuⅡCl2不同的摩尔比做此项实验,所有的实验结果都说明此种聚合方法引发效率高,易于控制,所得产物分子量分布较窄,一般情况下Mw/Mn=1.40.
Transition - metal - catalyzed atom transfer radical polymerization of methyl acrylate in the presence of a conventional radical initiator (AIBN) in bulk was successfully implemented through a new polymerization procedure. The system first reacts at 65℃ for ten hours, then polymerizes at 100℃. Various molar ratios of AIBN were used in this experiment, all of which resulted in a well - controlled radical polymerization with high initiation efficiency and narrow molecular weight distribution, i. e., the polydispersity is generally as low as Mw/Mn = 1. 40.
