摘要
对酱油中氨基氮的检测方法进行了改进,改进后的方法能较好地区别酱油中氨基氮及铵盐氮的存在.
The present paper reports a study to improve the method of determining the amino nitrogen in soy. The improved method can help to distinquish the amino nitrogen and ammonium salt of nitrogen from soy.
