回春酒质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard for Huichun Spirits

目的:建立回春酒质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对当归与丁香进行鉴别;用HPLC法测定淫羊藿的含量,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(27∶73),柱温35℃,流速为0.8 ml.min-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰;淫羊藿苷对照品在12.99～1 299 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.5%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the quality standard for Huichun spirits.Method： Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Caryophylli Flos and Epimedii Folium in the spirits were identified by TLC.An Agilent TC-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was eluted with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（27∶ 73） at the column temperature of 35℃.The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1 and detection wavelength was 270 nm.Result： The TLC spots were quite clear.The linear range of gallic acid was within 12.99-1 299 ng（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 98.5% and RSD was 1.5%（n=9）.Conclusion： The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be used in the quality control of Huichun spirits.
