摘要
目的:建立尿素软膏中尿素含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定尿素软膏中尿素的含量。色谱柱:依利特Hypersil NH2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(95∶5);流速:1.00 ml.min-1;检测波长:190 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:尿素含量在100～600μg.ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.9%,RSD为1.7%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作快速、准确,专属性和重复性好,可用于尿素软膏中尿素的含量测定。
Objective ： To establish the content determination method of urea in urea ointments. Method： HPLC was performed on a Hypersil NH2 column （250 mm x4.6 mm,5 μm） with the aeetonitrile-water （95： 5） as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml . min-1 and the detection wavelength was 190 nm. Result： The linear range was 100x600 μg .m1-1 （r =0. 999 9） for urea,the average recovery was 101.9% and RSD was 1.7% （n = 9 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, quick and accurate, and it can be used in the content determination of urea ointments.
